TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION:
The conference venue is at Merton College located in central Oxford. It is a beautiful site and makes an excellent venue for the conference. Maps of both the college and of Oxford can be found below. Accommodation at Queen's College is available for £65 per person, per night (en suite) or £50 per person, per night (standard – with shared washroom facilities). See link below for further details.

ACCOMODATION
There are rooms available at Queen's College - single en suite B&B rooms at £65 per person and B&B rooms (shared washroom facilities) at £50 per person. Delegates will need to enter the designated code UKSYN2012 into the ‘promotional code’ box on the booking page to book one of these rooms.

GETTING TO MERTON COLLEGE
Merton is located in central Oxford, which is less than sixty miles from London and is easily accessible from either Heathrow or Birmingham airports.
If you’re travelling to Oxford by car, enter the High Street from the east, turning left into Merton Street at the Eastgate Hotel. The College cannot offer parking so alternative parking facilities available elsewhere in Oxford can be found here. Oxford also has an excellent Park and Ride service, details of which are available here.
