This page allows you to join and pay for UKSA membership (regular or concession) and/or Register and pay for the Conference Dinner.

FOR THOSE NOT WISHING TO USE PAYPAL we do accept CHEQUES made payable to: "THE UK SYNAESTHESIA ASSOCIATION". Send to the address at the foot of the completed registration form.

**You must be a paid up member of UKSA in order to be able to register and attend the conference in Brighton**

You can join UKSA online and pay pay the membership fee through PayPal with a debit or credit card (or a PayPal account if you have one). You will not need to fill in a separate membership form, as long as you provide your address in the PayPal page.

You can also pay for the 2010 UKSA Conference (27, 28 March, 2010) and Annual Dinner (Evening, March 27) on this page. Conference Registration will need to be completed seperately using the Conference Registration form available HERE.

How to use this page:

1. Select from options below.
2. Enter your name and contact address (if choosing a concession, specify 'student' or 'senior citizen' in the drop down list).
3. Click the 'add to basket' button.
4. A separate window (or tab if you are using Firefox) should open displaying your PayPal shopping basket. Here you will be asked to fill in your address (this will be the address to which we will send your UKSA newsletters - if you wish these to go to a different address, email us at uksynaesthesia@hotmail.com.)
5. Once you have filled in your address, click 'Proceed to checkout' in the PayPal window to be directed to a secure payment page.
